Niemela Industries, LLC is located in the heart of the Keweenaw Peninsula, in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. N.I.’s manufacturing facility is at the Houghton County Industrial Airpark (Calumet, MI).

Founded in 2007 by president Cal Niemela, N.I. manufactures America’s No. 1 trailerable houseboat – the Adventure Craft CabinYacht™.

It is a pleasure to welcome you to our website and introduce you to our company.

Following the development, growth and sale of a very prosperous manufacturing and marketing company, Niemela Industries, LLC was incorporated to promote and sell unique products within a broad market range. One of these products is the Adventure Craft CabinYacht. Adventure Craft was acquired in 2008.

The Adventure Craft has proven itself as a very capable watercraft with all the comforts of home needed for extended voyages abroad. Hundreds of satisfied customers have over the years enjoyed many boating “adventures” in this unique boat .

Our goal is to continue the legacy with added quality, improved performance and overall enhancements to the fit and finish of this time tested boat.
